Ohashi Boxing Gym has recently sighed a contract with World Boxing Association’s second-ranked flyweight Dave Apolinario of the Philippines to promote his fights, according to the gym.

  The 24-year-old Apolinario, who is undefeated in his 18 bouts, including 13 knockouts, will fight in the Ohashi gym-promoted event on Aug. 30 at Tokyo’s Korakuen Hall, although his opponent has not yet been announced.

  The left-handed Apolinario is also ranked fifth in the division by the International Boxing Federation, 12^th by the World Boxing Organization and 14^th by the World Boxing Council.
