World Boxing Council and World Boxing Association super bantamweight champion Naoya ‘’the Monster’’ Inoue, his brother and WBA bantamweight champion Takuma Inoue ended ‘’a one-week training camp’’ at Ohashi Boxing Gym on Sept. 29 along with their cousin and World Boxing Organization Asia-Pacific super lightweight kingpin Koki Inoue.
Under the guidance of the gym’s trainers Akira Yaegashi and Yasuhiro Suzuki, the three engaged themselves chiefly in physical training so that Naoya and Takuma can begin practical training from next week.
Takuma Inoue will make his first defense of the title against former International Boxing Federation flyweight champion Jerwin Ancajas of the Philippines on Nov. 15 at Tokyo’s Ryogoku Kokugikan Sumo Arena.
Naoya Inoue is planning to face WBA and IBF super bantamweight champion Marlon Tapales of the Philippines in the division’s title unification fight in December.
