Casimero, Akaho super bantamweight nontitle fight in Seoul ends in no contest in 2nd round

World Boxing Organization super flyweight champion Kazuto Ioka of Shisei Boxing Gym will invite 50 parent-child pairs with children 15 years old and under (100 people) to his Dec. 31 title unification fight with World Boxing Association super flyweight champion Joshua Franco of the United States in Tokyo, sources close to Ioka said on Dec. 3.
The scheduled 12-round fight will be held at Ota City General Gymnasium starting 5 p.m. Japan time.
Ioka was quoted as saying, ‘’I hope many children will see the title unification fight live. Please cheer me up,’’ according to the sources.

Ioka, Japan’s only four-division world titlist, has a record of 29 wins, including 15 knockouts, against two losses. For his part, Franco has an 18-1-2 win-loss draw tally with one no contest. He has eight KOs.
